On November 18, 2023, a complaint was filed against Sébastien Cauet for rape, including one against a 16-year-old minor. A complaint followed by two others, for acts of rape and sexual assault. NRJ has stopped its broadcast until further notice. But the host does not lose hope. An investigation is underway and he has filed complaints several times with his lawyers – prior to these complaints for harassment and cyber harassment – since the start of this affair. He also intends to seize Arcom following his appearance (his first speech since these accusations) on BFMTV on Sunday December 10, where Benjamin Duhamel, according to him, did not respect the presumption of innocence and presented on the air documents that would be “falsified”
His complainant Julie made two appearances in TPMP, to react to this affair. Last Friday, Nathalie Dartois, the host’s companion, also came out of silence and made revelations about the complainant, in an interview for Closer. Declaring in particular that she is “a hardcore fan” of Cauet. Gilles Verdez had already discussed with Nathalie a few days ago, then revealing his testimony in TPMP. This Monday evening, she was on the show presented by Cyril Hanouna. She notably returned to the interview that her famous companion gave to BFMTV, and to the press release that he published via his lawyers to announce that he wants to seize Arcom, as mentioned previously.

“Yesterday they broadcast totally false pieces. They were warned. They chose to broadcast them. They were only there to harm Sébastien“, lamented Nathalie in TPMP. Regarding the affair more generally, and in particular the way in which Cauet experiences this affair, she declared, with emotion : “At first, we think it’s a bad joke (…) He’s devastated. He’s a sunny person, always in a good mood. When we found out about it, he said to me: ‘Yes’ You’re not here Nath, I’m screwing up.’ The comments on social networks are violent (…) I don’t sleep at night. I try to respond to every message of support. Every time I read him a message, he starts to cry. We destroyed a man (…) I know his values, he has never violated a woman. He is innocent (…) It’s a nightmare. We tell ourselves that we are going to wake up. He tells me it’s almost worse than when he lost his parents. Everything is false. A sexual pervert was described. It’s serious. I want to scream (…) I love him infinitely. I have no doubt, I know the man he is.”
He can’t wait to get back on the show
Now it’s time for the investigation, Nathalie remains hopeful: “The police do their job very well. The evidence is there. They are overwhelming.
