With the approach of the verdict, the supporters multiply. On January 4, Priscilla Majani will know the fate reserved for her by French justice. The prosecution requested on appeal on November 23 last five years in prison, including four firm, against this mother for “false and slanderous denunciation, embezzlement and non-presentation of children”
Priscilla Majani disappeared with her five-year-old daughter in 2011 after accusing the father of raping and sexually assaulting their daughter. This complaint had been closed without follow-up. After eleven years on the run, the defendant was finally extradited in August 2022 from Switzerland, where she had been arrested a few months earlier after a banal road check. She had been sentenced to five years in prison at first instance.

Today, social networks support her in the face of the heavy sentence she faces. On Twitter and Instagram, in particular, we find the hashtag #PriscillaMajani which embellishes many comprehensive messages from Internet users.
Many users, including public figures such as Enora Malagré or Alex Lutztake up this expression “I would have done like her”, marking their identification with this mother whom they consider in distress in the face of the incestuous acts that she has denounced.
A petition in support of the mother who collected more than 2,600 signatures when writing these lines is also running on social networks.
Other Internet users send their message with their pencil strokes, always asking for the release of Priscilla Majani.
Placed under guardianship in Switzerland, the child, now 17 years old, filed a complaint against her father for acts of psychological, physical and sexual violence with the Swiss justice system, indicated the Swiss public prosecutor.
