“I will kill you”… A teacher suspected of having threatened her exes with death

She was previously unknown to the judicial services. On Wednesday January 25, a 24-year-old woman was taken into custody at the Brest police station for death threats, identity theft and harassment committed against five victims. According to the public prosecutor of Brest, it would be ex-spouses of the mis en cause. A secondary school teacher, the young woman will be subject to judicial review and will be prohibited from leaving Finistère until her judgment before the criminal court on June 23. She is prohibited from contacting her victims.

The oldest facts date back to September. Not accepting a separation, the respondent would have multiplied the sending of emails, in which the investigators discovered death threats. “I’m going to kill you” or “I’m going to strangle you”, as prosecutor Camille Miansoni reports. The suspect will go even further by following the location in real time of her ex but also by usurping his identity to harm him. Five victims have been identified.

A duty of care

Justice also accuses him of having “opened, deleted, delayed or diverted correspondence in bad faith”. She will be required to undergo medical treatment until the hearing.
