An inspiring social entrepreneurship and circular economy initiative. In this video from our partner Brut, Clara tells how she created in 2018 Vépluche a company that offers restaurants and grocery stores in its sector to integrate an “organic waste for vegetables” loop. The concept: to have fresh fruits and vegetables delivered in exchange for the free collection of vegetable waste, which is then transformed into ecological compost and soil. Today, the company has attracted around 70 establishments and transforms five tonnes of bio-waste every month to offer quality soil for sale at around fifty florists in Hauts-de-Seine and Paris.
