When China’s head of state and government Xi Jinping finished his speech at the party congress in Beijing, the members of the Sai Microelectronics party cell could not calm down for a long time. The speech apparently triggered pride and enthusiasm in them, they would talk about it for a long time, at least that’s the way it is in a press release from mid-October. “Comrade” and company boss Yang Yunchun said he will instruct all employees of the company to “deeply study, publicize and implement” Xi’s “thoughts and actions”. One photo shows him himself sitting in front of the screen, following the party conference and taking “careful” notes.
