The coronavirus has changed a lot, including the view of whether you absolutely have to appear there for office work. The forced home office phase, which got off to a somewhat bumpy start in spring 2020, made it clear that most office workers appreciate not having to drive there all the time. With a few exceptions, however, the blooming dreams of completely decentralized work have shattered. A few days at home, a few days in the office, that’s what most people now want.
