Four-time Oscar winner Clint Eastwood is filming again. The director was recently put out of action by the actors’ strike. That’s what the new film is about.

Clint Eastwood is back behind the camera as a director at the age of 93. The Hollywood veteran continued filming the court thriller “Juror No. 2” in the US state of Georgia, People.com reported.

Due to the actors’ strike in the USA, many film productions were temporarily stopped in mid-July. The strike was settled two weeks ago and filming has since started again.

The Brit Nicholas Hoult and the Australian Toni Collette are taking part in Eastwood’s directorial work. Canadian star Kiefer Sutherland and American actress Zoey Deutch are also on board, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

“Juror No. 2” centers on a juror (Hoult) at a murder trial who realizes he may be responsible for the victim’s death. He has to decide whether to turn himself in or be a juror and convict an innocent man. Collette is supposed to play a prosecutor. Four-time Oscar winner Eastwood (“Million Dollar Baby”) most recently directed “Cry Macho” (2021) and “The Richard Jewell Case” (2020).
