During a turning maneuver, a 72-year-old got in the way of another driver with his car in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn on Wednesday. The three occupants of the two vehicles were injured, some seriously. According to the police, the 72-year-old from the Freising district wanted to turn around at around 1.50 p.m. on Egmatinger Straße at the junction with a dirt road. He collided with the car of a 22-year-old from the Starnberg district who was heading towards Egmating. The 72-year-old broke his shoulder and a rib, his 70-year-old passenger suffered various bruises. Both were taken to hospital by ambulance. The 22-year-old wanted to go to the doctor himself with bruises and abrasions.
