Higher limit required – car & mobile

At the Traffic Court Day (VGT) in Goslar, traffic experts from Germany and Europe spoke out in favor of raising the limit value for cannabis in road traffic. This is currently 1.0 nanograms of THC per milliliter of blood serum. According to the VGT working group, which dealt with the topic, this value is so low that it only proves cannabis consumption. However, it cannot be scientifically proven whether the consumer is impaired as a result when driving. However, the working group left it open how high the value should be in the future. The effect of cannabis while driving is far from being as well researched as that of alcohol.
