The high school student and his family had seized the administrative court of Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine) to try to obtain the reinstatement of the young man on the grounds of an uncontrolled erection which he would have tried to hide. In vain. On Monday, the judge in chambers asked for the student’s exclusion to be maintained, as reports the agency Press Pepper.
To rule, the court relied on the statements of the professor, who had filed a complaint following this incident. The teacher said that the student was “sitting at his table with his penis in his hand and getting out of his jogging”, reports the news agency. Since the events of January 17, the student has been excluded and is out of school.
