After a serious sexual offense on Sunday morning, not only the arrested perpetrator has to expect a report, but also the 20-year-old victim. The woman, who comes from Darmstadt, had offered her services as a prostitute on the Internet – in Heimstetten, where she was not allowed to do so. She had made an appointment for Sunday morning at 9 a.m. with a man who suddenly became violent, hit and threatened the woman several times and finally engaged in sexual acts against her will. After the man left the room, the 20-year-old called the police. Because the meeting was not only initiated online, but also by telephone, a suspect was quickly identified; he was arrested at around 12:30 p.m. The man is a 32-year-old from the Erding district, who is already known for several sexual offenses as well as assault, insult and theft. The 20-year-old was physically only slightly injured in the attack; she suffered bruises but required no further medical treatment. Commissariat 15, which is responsible for sexual offenses, conducts further investigations.
