Heidi Bucher’s exhibition “Metamorphoses” in the Haus der Kunst – Munich

The Swiss artist Heidi Bucher wanted to elicit its secrets from the rooms with her skins. The room-sized latex works (here the Bellevue Sanatorium, Kreuzlingen) fill the exhibition halls in the Haus der Kunst in an impressive manner. In addition, making-off films from the 1970s can be seen as well as numerous other groups of works. The “Metamorphoses”, the largest retrospective to date by the artist who died in 1993, can be seen in Munich until February 13th, and then at the Kunstmuseum Bern and the Muzeum Susch.
