On Monday morning there was a serious traffic accident in downtown Heidelberg. A truck collided with a tram, causing delays in road traffic.
A tram derailed in Heidelberg due to a collision with a truck. Of the 40 or so passengers, one was slightly injured, the police said on Monday.
Brief disruption in Heidelberg traffic
The truck rammed the tram sideways on Monday morning as the vehicles ran parallel to each other. According to the police, the accident in the morning only caused short delays in road traffic.
