It stays the same: Christmas tree grower Stefan Spennesberger is not allowed to pump water from his deep well in Oberweilbach and has to dismantle the deep well. The Bavarian Administrative Court rejected the farmer’s application for an appeal, the Dachau district office announced: “The demand from the year 2020 by the district office is now legally binding.” It also reports that “based on the judicial justification for the dismissed lawsuit” other deep wells in the district are now being inspected and checked for legality.
