How to do it: Legs hip-width apart, bending your knees slightly. Jump into a lunge while stretching your arms overhead. And back again. The higher the frequency, the more intense the load. People with orthopedic knee problems can also only hint at the leg movement. As with any exercise, do this for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds.
