Fitness is equated with a slim silhouette, and health only seems to be guaranteed in the long term if the figure corresponds to the ideal measurements prescribed by the diet, fashion and sports industries. Admittedly, false role models have been warned for years that drive young women into eating disorders and turn men into gaunt ascetics, but aren’t labor, sacrifice and discipline still worthwhile if longevity and constant well-being beckon in return?
