Harry Styles turns 30. He became known as the charming curly-haired boy in the teen boy band One Direction. Today, the “As it was” singer is not only a global star, but also influences the fashion industry of the time with his extravagant styling and harmonious fashion moves. In 2020 he was the first man ever to be seen on the cover of “Vogue” – in a white lace dress and with a balloon. Shortly afterwards he was named the man with the greatest fashion influence by the fashion network “Lyst”.
But that was not always so. It wasn’t until 2013 that the then 19-year-old began to slowly shed his boy band image, at least in terms of fashion. While his band members still relied on basics and bright colors, Styles was increasingly seen in extravagant outfits. His classic combination at the time: skinny jeans and boots in an “all black” look, with dark sunglasses and an ever-growing, impressive collection of tattoos all over his body. To this day, Styles remains true to his “signature” look and has refined it over the years.
