Hands-on with the transparent laptop concept
We had a brief opportunity to examine the new laptop on site in Barcelona. With its 17-inch mini-LED display, the device is very heavy, estimated to be at least 3 to 4 kilograms. Although the display looks quite impressive in terms of design, it currently has major weaknesses. It currently only offers a meager 720p resolution, which means that the display appears quite pixelated on 17 inches. The display hinge also rocks a lot, but let’s say – the concept is far from mass production. Currently, the color representation seemed to have a strong red cast.
