Director Norbert Lechner is looking for young actors for the leading roles in his new children’s film “Zirkus Orient”. The film is scheduled to start shooting in summer 2022. This is announced by the Kevin Lee film company from Grünwald. Lechner’s children’s films “Toni Goldwascher”, the Bavarian Tom Sawyer film adaptation “Tom and Hacke” and “Ente Gut! Girls alone at home” were successful in cinemas and at festivals all over the world and won many awards. “Circus Orient” tells an adventure for children between the ages of six and twelve: The Circus Orient, a small family circus, is almost broke. Ali, the circus camel that no longer lets anyone ride him, is to be sold – a disaster for eleven-year-old tamer Jeremy. Along with the camel, Jeremy embarks on an adventurous journey to save Ali and he makes real friends along the way.
