30 years of Harry Möller at the “Großstadtrevier”. Actress Maria Ketikidou is celebrating her big anniversary in the new season.

It was early 1994 when actress Maria Ketikidou (57) played Hariklia “Harry” Möller in the eighth season of the cult series “Großstadtrevier” (new episodes from October 9th, 6:50 p.m., the first) appeared for the first time in the episode “No Day Like Any Other”. Now, almost 30 years later, she is celebrating her in the 36th season, which starts on Monday big anniversary. “30 years – amazing! “They’ve just flown away because we’ve always developed further and yet remained faithful,” explains Ketikidou to the broadcaster on her “big birthday.” The team on the series is “like a family” to her, which is why she’s been there for so long and so much included.

The anniversary is also discussed in the series itself. In the episode “The New Me”, which will probably be broadcast on November 27th according to the broadcaster, Harry is celebrated by her colleagues from Police Department 14. Her partner Nils Sanchez (played by Enrique Fiß, 30) will even perform a Greek dance routine for her.

Filming for the 500th episode is currently underway

And another anniversary is already in the starting blocks. Filming for the 500th episode of “Großstadtrevier” is currently in full swing. There will be a performance by the NDR vocal ensemble, which will be used as a protesting choir with powerful voices. The anniversary episode is part of the 37th season, which will air next year, probably in the fall. The working title is “Vendetta” and will also pay tribute to the late Jan Fedder (1955-2019): The police officers also have to investigate an old neighborhood war and in this context come across the legacies of their ex-colleague Dirk Matthies.

The series “Großstadtrevier” first aired in December 1986 and shows the everyday life of police officers in the trendy Hamburg district of St. Pauli. Typical problems such as prostitution, gang or drug crime are often discussed. In addition, the private lives of the police officers are shown intensively, who are always close together as colleagues and are often also friends in private.
