Green Party leader Schulze: The one-woman leadership should fix it – Bavaria

It was only two or three years ago that the Greens in Bavaria had poll numbers of 25 percent. This approval could not only have been in Munich and some university cities – but there must have been a fair share in rural areas. The almost 18 percent in the 2018 election were considered by many to be a core electorate. Now it was only 14.4 percent. Single digits remained in Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate, and a third of all mandates were in the city and district of Munich. There is a risk of a regression in the beginning, a move towards a core milieu: eco-conscious and progressive people, primarily in big cities, with big hearts and big wallets.
