Shared living at affordable prices – that is what the newly founded interest group (IG) Alte Brauakademie has in mind on the former Doemens site on Stefanusstraße in Gräfelfing. The eleven founding members from various social groups are looking for new members to develop a concept for such a form of living. Martin Feldner, municipal councilor (Greens/Independents) and third mayor, and the Gräfelfingen architect Patricia Young-Balik form the board of the IG. They have come to the former parlor of the former Doemens Academy to report on what living and living on the community-owned property could look like.
