The Italian Fresh Products Company (CIPF) Codipal has announced the withdrawal of several batches of gorgonzola sold in supermarkets, due to the presence of the listeria bacteria, she said in a statement.

These are Gorgonzola pizza 1/8 from the brand “En Cuisine”, Gorgonzola mild 1/8 from the brand “En Cuisine”, Gorgonzola pizza 1/8 from the brand “Casa Azzurra” and Gorgonzola mild 1/8 brand “Casa Azzurra”, with the manufacturer code IT 01 698 CE and the use-by date from April 28, 2021 to June 21, 2021.

An incubation period of up to eight weeks

These lots were put up for sale in supermarkets and medium-sized stores, in the cut-away department, of the Leclerc and Carrefour brands, between March 9 and April 29, as well as at certain out-of-home catering distributors, in particular Promocash stores, specifies Codipal, which can be reached on 0800.941.342.

Some of these products were marketed before the withdrawal measure. It is recommended that those who detain them do not consume and destroy them, or be reimbursed.
