Germering: A learner driver’s test drive ends in an accident – Fürstenfeldbruck

A 16-year-old driver will certainly not forget this test drive: it ended in an accident. The man from Munich was on Tuesday around 8.15 a.m. on a light motorcycle about to turn right from the Germering Süd motorway exit. Directly behind him was the driving school car with the 34-year-old driving school teacher and the 46-year-old driving examiner. The 16-year-old now slowed down to allow the right-of-way traffic to cross on Germeringer Landstrasse. The driving school car also braked in time when a 46-year-old from Munich did not come to a stop in time with his car and hit the back of the driving school car. The driving school car was pushed onto the light motorcycle by the force of the impact. According to the police, the examinee and the person who caused the accident were not injured. Driving school instructors and driving examiners complained about slight back and neck pain. Both went to the doctor. The total damage was about 4,000 euros.
