Of course Iceland. It just had to happen that national coach Alfred Gislason met the country from which he actually comes at the European Championships in Germany, his second home. However, there was no apparent conflict of interest for the Icelander; Gislason sang along to both national anthems, but then he raged, conducted and cheered as he always does when he is on the sidelines as the German national coach.
