In the financial arrangement which was to allow the Girondins to convince the DNCG, Gérard Lopez had communicated on a personal contribution of 10 M€ via his company Jogo Bonito. The problem in the eyes of the financial policeman of French football would exist on this subject: this sum would have been paid into an escrow account which would give the freedom to the Spanish-Luxembourgish president to recover it in the event of judicial liquidation. This maneuver would not have reassured the authority when rendering its decision. The €14 million of additional contributions announced yesterday are in the same scenario.
