Lisa Lind Dunbar no longer wants to remain silent. She talks about her experiences in Danish gastronomy. About a world in which abuse and exploitation are part of everyday life. Of the star spoke to her about what’s going wrong in the hospitality industry.

Lisa Lind Dunbar has worked in Danish gastronomy for 15 years. First as a dishwasher, later in service, as a manager and wine consultant for upscale restaurants. Well-known shops too, imitations of the famous Noma in Copenhagen. Their experiences were always the same: abuse and humiliation in a toxic work environment. Eventually she had enough.
