Relaxation of the terms of access to MaPrimeRénov’

From May 15 and until January 1, 2025, the terms of access to assistance for financing the energy renovation of MaPrimeRénov’ housing are becoming more flexible. The energy performance diagnosis (DPE) for insulation work or boiler replacement will no longer be mandatory. In addition, houses classified F and G, called energy sieves, will now be able to benefit from aid for their renovation.

The flat rate contribution for the patient increases from 1 to 2€

The fixed contribution, that is to say the contribution of the patient who is not covered by Health Insurance or by complementary health insurance, will double from May 15. It is preparing to spend from 1 to 2 euros for each consultation or procedure carried out by a general practitioner or specialist, radiological examination or biological analysis. Minors and pregnant women are exempt from this increase.

Deadline for tax returns

The deadline for filing your tax return in paper form is May 21. To carry out this process online, the date is Thursday May 23 for departments 1 to 19, Thursday 30 for departments 20 to 35 and Thursday June 6 for the remaining departments.
