In order to avoid the use of disposable diapers and to support environmentally conscious action, the city of Garching is funding the purchase of reusable diapers or the use of a diaper service with retroactive effect from January 1, 2021. The one-time grant amounts to up to 50 percent of the purchase price or a maximum of 75.00 euros per person. The funding application can be found on the website of the city of Garching under “Waste disposal”.
