From the ISS, Thomas Pesquet shows his support for Stade Toulousain before the final against La Rochelle

It is not yet clear if he has any plans to take some pretty pictures of Twickenham from the ISS. But Thomas Pesquet is already ready for the Champions Cup final in the London rugby temple this Saturday at 5.45 p.m. (which you can follow live on 20 minutes, by the way). And between the two competing Stadiums, Rochelais and Toulousain, the heart of the astronaut does not waver.

The 43-year-old Norman studied in the Pink City and is today the ambassador of the most successful team in France and Europe. It is therefore not surprising that he is displayed on social networks in the colors of Antoine Dupont’s team, after having already brought a club balloon during his first stay aboard the ISS, between November 2016 and June 2017.

The popular astronaut participated in the development of the special European Cup jersey for the Stade Toulousain, “designed like a diving suit”, he stressed during his presentation last December at the Cité de l’Espace.
