It all started in 2014 with a two and a half minute video of an abandoned church that Fritz Meinecke from Magdeburg is exploring. Today, the 33-year-old is followed by almost three million people on the YouTube video platform. He inspires his fans with extremes – last year he cycled to Istanbul, survived in the wilderness for seven days with only seven objects on the show “7 vs. Wild” or traveled in the Sahara.
How did you come up with the idea of going on discovery tours, experiencing adventures and documenting them with videos?
