In Friedberg, a driver bumped head-on into the passenger side of a car turning off at a red light. The passenger seated in it suffered such serious injuries that she had to be taken to the Augsburg University Hospital for treatment. The 37-year-old driver of the wrong-turning car was slightly injured. The driver of the second vehicle was uninjured in the accident.
