Frenchman Paul-Henri Nargeolet would be among the crew of the submarine which disappeared on Sunday while exploring the Titanic. This French liner specialist was part of the expedition, according to the instagram post of Hamish Harding, CEO of Action Aviation, also present in the submarine. On this post, we can also see the signature of Paul-Henri Nargeolet on the banner of the expedition. Furthermore, the explorer’s family has confirmed to BFMTV his presence in the submarine.
Aged 77, he was one of France’s leading specialists in the wreckage of the Titanic, even though he explored many other wrecks. According to Ouest-France, he thus participated in 2010 in the search for the black boxes of the Rio – Paris flight, damaged at sea off the coast of Brazil.
