Freediver Arnaud Jerald crowned world champion in Turkey

In the competition which took place in Turkey on Saturday, he descended to -116m. Sufficient depth to clinch the title, competitor Alexey Molchanov having been disqualified after a diving foul. “I found myself going deep a lot easier than I did at the start of the season,” commented the athlete.
