War in Ukraine
Message from the President of the Republic to the French Parliament. Emmanuel Macron will send a solemn message to the deputies and senators at 2:30 p.m., which will be read simultaneously before the elected members by the presidents of the two chambers. The Prime Minister will then bring together the chairmen of the parliamentary groups, the chairmen of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committees of the Assembly and the Senate, in the presence of the lead minister and the Chief of Defense Staff. On Tuesday, a debate on the war in Ukraine will be organized in each of the chambers.
