Found a bug in Aave V2 Polygon causing some tokens to get stuck in contracts.

A bug found in older versions of Aave’s crypto lending protocol is blocking users from interacting with Wrapped Ether (WETH), Tether (USDT), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), or Wrapped Matic (WMATIC) pools on Aave V2 Polygon and blocking it. Do not allow assets to be withdrawn

The bug only affects Aave V2 on Polygon, the latest version of AaveV3 remains unaffected. The same applies to V2 deployments to Ethereum or Avalanche.

The new proposal asks the Aave DAO, Aave’s governing body, to approve Polygon version-specific code changes to patch. Voting is scheduled to begin on May 20 and will continue until May 23.
