Eddy Guyot, who denies the facts, was indicted in November 2022, but challenged this decision before the investigating chamber of the Nancy Court of Appeal.

She rejected his request and confirmed his indictment on March 14. “The complainant rightly demanded a DNA analysis of her clothes, in particular her leggings and her panties.
