The Neubiberger building committee has also given its consent to a corresponding building application, which has already been submitted to the district office due to lack of time. Most recently, the committee had postponed a decision on a preliminary building request because some committee members were concerned, among other things, about canceled sports classes. The facility is to be set up on the hard court. Although this is not a relevant question with a view to building law, the committee preferred to clarify a few more aspects. With the current decision, the committee has also approved the necessary deviation from its own parking space statutes.
As the head of the building authority, Christian Einzmann, told the SZ, the worries about canceled sports classes could be dispelled. The director of the grammar school, Reinhard Rolvering, and the managing director of the association for state secondary schools in the south-east of the district, Patricia Hüfner, had explained to the committee that the three gyms, which are currently being renovated, and the fourth hall, which is being newly built, are for the Will be available when the container construction is finished. In addition, not the entire sports field will be built on. 400-meter run is not possible, but things like 100-meter run are. In the committee, according to Einzmann, the question of more bicycle traffic due to the additional students arose. The school and the association want to look for a solution for this. The Neubiberg grammar school was obliged by the Ministry of Culture to create the necessary interim classes because there was no suitable space in Putzbrunn and the Ottobrunn grammar school was busy. There are a total of twelve classes in grades five to seven. Because there is no room available in the existing school building, the classes are to be housed in containers. The temporary solution with three full floors is to be set up east of the triple gym on the hard court. It should be there for three years from the school year 2022/2023.
