A touch of spicy scent caresses the nose when you leave the Nutrition Studio and walk past the communication center of the Hergoldinger Organic Garden Headquarters through a narrow corridor to the kitchen, sorry to the Food Lab. The place where recipes are developed, but where they also cook: the company supplies schools and canteens. However, products are also being developed that are to be sold online or in the company’s Munich stores.
