What announcements at Google I/O 2023?
This year, the Google I/O program is very busy! You can find all this in detail in our dedicated article, but here is a summary.
Google Pixel 7a and Pixel Fold
As every year, hardware presentations are expected, starting with the Pixel 7a, the brand’s mid-range smartphone. According to the many rumors about it, it should be essential in its segment by offering more or less the same feats as the Pixel 7 at a lower cost.
But it’s not the only expected phone. After years of rumors and rumors of all kinds, the Pixel Fold should finally be formalized. The Android manager’s first foldable smartphone might just kick the anthill.
Google Pixel Tablet
Vaguely announced at Google I/O 2022, the Pixel Tablet is due out in 2023. In June more precisely. Google should therefore take advantage of this conference to present it from every angle, but also to talk about the interface.

Google is expected to introduce a Bluetooth beacon to rival Apple’s AirTags. The two Californian giants are also cooperating on the subject.

With the success of ChatGPT and Microsoft’s stranglehold on it, Google’s monopoly on search is in jeopardy. This conference is an opportunity for Google to show its know-how in this area and advance its balls to counter Bing, and bring more AI to Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
