La Redoute Interior Spring/Summer 2023: atmospheres
If La Redoute Interiors offers us different atmospheres for the spring summer season, they all have one thing in common: they are sunny!
Very skilful when it comes to declining the Mid Century trend, the brand is offering this season a collection called Milano Sixties which is inspired, as its name suggests, by Italian design from the 1960s. If the lines are retro and the materials classics – with a strong presence of velvet and walnut, the colors bring a trendy twist.
In this vintage collection, the cumin color takes center stage. This spicy ocher blends elegantly with the shades of the year: aquatic blue, green or lavender.
Definitely very inspired by retro decoration, La Redoute Interiors also revisits the 60s and 70s through a fun and fresh collection: Vegetal Romantique. Between vintage spirit and regionalism, the brand offers us pieces evoking a holiday home in the countryside.
The other must-have collection this season is undoubtedly Essential Nature – a mineral-inspired collection that emphasizes luminosity.
Natural materials are therefore in the spotlight, with textiles that come in bright neutral colors and a predilection for light wood. In this collection with clean lines, we subtly play with shapes. In the living room, for example, we combine organic table and straight sofa or, conversely, architectural table and rounded sofa.
If the colors are sober and bright and the materials very soft, this atmosphere is far from being as wise as it seems. We take advantage of this setting to highlight a pattern, by adopting the graphic Berber rug for a boho spirit or by trying out the checkerboard decor for a more contemporary look.
Once again this season, the Scandinavian style remains in the spotlight, particularly in the Color Energy collection. Inspired by Optical Art, a trend borrowed from the 1950s, this collection advocates sleek furniture and trompe-l’oeil colored accessories: lavender, gourmet orange, mint green or sunny yellow are in the spotlight.
If La Redoute Interiors explores Latin America with its Latino Vibes collection, it is indeed the Arty Riviera collection that catches the eye.
Drawing on neocubist design, the brand offers ceramics and furniture with a sharp look and sunny colors, alternating Provençal motifs and motifs borrowed from Matisse.
Although it is not the most highlighted, it would be a shame to miss the Minimal Ethnic collection – which combines the chic ethnic spirit and the minimalist trend. Between black wood and natural plant fibers, this collection is distinguished by its abstract and very contemporary graphic aesthetic.

This season again, La Redoute Interiors offers very different atmospheres, and each one is full of absolutely stunning pieces.
If you haven’t found the perfect bookshelf desk yet, you just might have found it with Lazar. Equipped with a bookcase that can be placed either on the left or on the right, it can be placed against the wall or as a room divider. And its look allows it to fit into almost any interior.
An original alternative to the glass coffee table or the very trendy organic coffee table this season, the Colora oval table seduces with its very Mediterranean ceramic spirit. With its pretty colors, it brings a touch of fantasy to the beige sofa or the gray sofa.
The Scriba secretary desk needs no introduction – one of the emblematic pieces of the La Redoute Interiors catalogue. If you still hesitate to adopt it, this very current version could end up making you crack.
In terms of tableware, Faraji glasses are essential for a convivial and elegant summer table. We love the material – beautifully crafted bubbled glass – as much as the colours.
In white, tea green or pastel yellow, the washed cotton tablecloth is ideal for elegantly draping the table and showcasing tableware – especially stoneware pieces.
The Spring/Summer 2023 collections of La Redoute Interiors are marked by particular care given to the bedroom and, more specifically, to bed linen. Among the prettiest pieces: the Pomaline set in cotton percale, whose design is inspired by the works of Matisse.
Nomadic rugs are moving into summer time: these indoor/outdoor models can be installed wherever you want, for a space that is both sunny and super comfy.
Once again this season, the Kinoko suspension has us cracking up. If it is still available in warm colors, it is its green version that is definitely top trend.
