Flixtrain: More connections – car & mobile

The private long-distance train provider Flixtrain is adding three more lines to its timetable. The green-painted trains have been rolling between Hamburg and Stuttgart since last week, and Berlin and Wiesbaden are also to be connected from June 2 and Berlin and Basel from June 23, as the company recently announced. This increases the number of lines to a total of seven, and the number of stops to 70, as announced by Flixtrain in April. Karlsruhe, Braunschweig, Offenbach and Freiburg, among others, are now also served. However, the nine-euro ticket planned for June, July and August is not valid on Flixtrain or on the ICE, Intercity and Eurocity trains of Deutsche Bahn; it is limited to local transport.
