Too cute an intervention for the Gard firefighters on Saturday. Around 5 p.m., firefighters intervened to rescue a fox. The poor animal, scared, was trapped on a terrace, in the city center of Vigan, and was unable to extricate itself, say the firefighters on their account (ex-Twitter).
A team, experienced in animal rescues, managed to take care of the little fox and place it in a cage. He was then released into the wild.
