Fire brigade must save woman from mud hole – Bavaria

A woman slipped into a mud hole during her walk in the forest in Lower Bavaria and had to be rescued. The fire department freed the 60-year-old from the hole near Eging am See (Passau district) on Thursday, as the police announced on Friday. According to the police, she stayed in the two-by-two-meter hole for an hour and called for help. The woman was taken to the hospital with mild hypothermia. The hole was probably caused by the rain in the past few days, according to the police.
