Once again there are protests from Hannover 96 fans with a crosshair motif at a game in the 2nd Bundesliga. This time, however, they chose a fictional character instead of the president.

A week after the game was almost abandoned in Hamburg, Hannover 96 supporters once again held up a crosshair poster in the fan block during the second division home game against SpVgg Greuther Fürth.

This time, however, the action was apparently not meant seriously, because the film face of the wizard Harry Potter (actor Daniel Radcliffe) from the novels by Joanne K. Rowling could be seen on the poster on Friday evening. Another banner below read: “Afraid, Potter?” Both posters were rolled up again after a few minutes.

A week ago, the northern duel between Hamburger SV and Hannover 96 was about to be canceled because Hannover fans showed crosshair banners with the faces of 96 managing director Martin Kind and a representative of each of the two potential DFL investors at the time, CVC and Blackstone had. The game only continued after the posters were removed. Blackstone has since withdrawn.
