A visibly exhausted koala had taken shelter in a backyard. The family living there wanted to offer the koala water, but the shy animal was too scared to drink. But that suddenly changed – when the tree dweller discovered one of his own kind. The exhausted animal doesn’t seem to notice that it’s just a carved koala statue. Under the supervision of his woody companion, the thirsty koala gains more and more trust and accepts the help of the residents. After the fluffy animal had been drinking for a few minutes, it even let itself be petted. Strengthened, the koala climbed a little higher, found a comfortable place and fell asleep.
