The president of the National Gathering mocked this Saturday “the obsession” of Eric Dupond-Moretti towards him, the day after the announcement by the Minister of Justice of his candidacy in Pas-de-Calais to the regional on the LREM list. “I saw a lot of strong-mouthed come here to try to challenge the RN and operate rantings, Mr. [Bernard] Lurking in his time, Mr. [Jean-Luc] Mélenchon, and they all quite quickly left rather humiliated by the experience, ”said Marine Le Pen at the end of the May 8 ceremony she attended, in the RN stronghold of Hénin-Beaumont.
“Now Mr. Dupond-Moretti’s obsession with me is starting to get relatively strange. For this first outing in Pas-de-Calais after the announcement of his candidacy, the minister, accompanied by the head of the regional list of En Marche Laurent Pietraszewsksi, then had to find activists for a climb on a slag heap in the town close to Loos-en-Gohelle.
He had announced Friday at The voice of the North to launch into the battle of the regional in Hauts-de-France on the Pietraszewsksi list to prevent “that this land slip into the hands of the RN”. “Ms. Le Pen refuses to debate with me. Outgoing regional councilor, Ms. Le Pen does not represent herself but is a candidate for departmental in Pas-de-Calais, in the canton of Hénin-Beaumont.
