Evidence of a bomb on the train: train service to Sylt temporarily suspended | News

Bomb threat on the train to Sylt!

The train from Hamburg with 350 passengers on board had to be evacuated shortly before Bredstedt (Schleswig-Holstein) at around 7 p.m. and the passengers taken to the next train station. Rail traffic to Sylt was suspended while the police searched the wagons with special forces. Then at 8 p.m. the all-clear. Hanspeter Schwartz, spokesman for the Federal Police to BILD: “The train was searched. No suspicious item was found.”

Then it was time for free travel to Sylt! Finance Minister Christian Lindner and journalist Franca Lehfeldt have been celebrating their wedding there since Thursday – including police operations against punks

Punks wanted to storm the Lindner wedding

The wedding of Christian Lindner (43, FDP) and Franca Lehfeldt (33, chief political reporter at Welt TV, which, like BILD, belongs to Axel Springer Verlag): This weekend it is the political and celebrity meeting on the North Sea island of Sylt.

But: The punks who travel to the island of the rich and beautiful because of the 9-euro ticket also announced themselves. They tried to storm Zanzibar on Saturday while the newlyweds were celebrating with guests in the noble restaurant. But the police managed to push the troublemakers away. The officials imposed a two-kilometer blocking radius, which was controlled with drones.

Then the next riot in Westerland: 15-20 people tried to ignite pyro at the Wilhelminen fountain. When the police arrived, the group fled towards the beach. Five arrests, including expulsion back to the mainland!

Meanwhile, Lindner and Lehfeldt celebrated with around 140 guests – including Chancellor Olaf Scholz (64, SPD).

But it’s not just big politicians who celebrate. Comedian Dieter Nuhr (61), for example, will hopefully put you in a good mood. Philosopher Peter Sloterdijk (75) is said to have given the wedding speech. Lindner and Lehfeldt are both no longer in the evangelical church.

The whole thing came to an end after a little more than an hour, because: The first guests left the St. Severin Church at around 6 p.m. and toasted the bridal couple with champagne.
