A special ingredient makes the ice cream very creamy on the one hand, and on the other hand it is very rich in protein and therefore keeps you full for longer. Viral ice cream recipe: It’s that easy

To make this delicious and creamy ice cream at home with just 200 calories and a whopping 25 grams of protein per serving, you only need these few ingredients (for two servings):

  • 400 grams of granulated cream cheese/cottage cheese
  • 150 grams of fresh fruit of your choice, e.g. B. Strawberries
  • Sweetener of your choice, for example sugar-free flavor powder like Chunky Flavour

And it’s this easy:

  1. Put the granulated cream cheese and the fruit in a bowl and sweeten it with a sugar-free flavor powder such as chunky flavor or some liquid sweetener or honey.
  2. Puree everything for about 2 to 3 minutes until a creamy mass is formed and no pieces can be seen. Then pour the mixture into a bowl and add biscuits or chocolate as a topping if you like. Note, however, that this can significantly change the calories from the ice cream.
  3. Now place the mixture in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Then you can enjoy the ice cream.
