Event tip – News from Brunnen – Ebersberg

In the summer of 2020, an old well was discovered in the middle of the Ebersberg Forest, which goes down more than ten meters and poses a lot of puzzles. When and by whom was it built and for what purpose? Does the fountain date back to Roman times or was it “only” created by the monks of the Middle Ages? District home caretaker Thomas Warg will provide information on the current state of research on the well in the forest at a “Historical Round” this Monday, October 10th, in the “Alte Post” inn in Ebersberg. It starts at 7:30 p.m. Everyone who is interested is welcome.
